Brand new Cannondale CAAD12 Disc 54cm Frameset

This is a brand new Caad12 frameset, comes with all the gubbins you can see in the photo: headset, seatclamp, a Shimano hydro brake hose (has been hooked up, but no oil put in so is in new condition) DI2 and standard cable stop for the rear mech, and finally a brand new C-Bear Ceramic Bottom Bracket (creakless... if there is such a thing) for Shimano and other 24mm cranksets.

Comes with the handbook plus the warranty card, this hasn't be registered so you can if you want too.

Frame has been built up, and does have one paintchip on the rear driveside seatstay (pitcured) but has never been ridden.

I bought one of these new from Sigma Sport a couple years back for less than 400

Current model is only £679

I also had a suspicion this was more than slightly overpriced....

In the OP's defence, it is harder to find the disc version...

Plus this one has lovely patina on the chainstay, surely that's worth ££££££

Cheers for the bumps everyone, @dick fair enough #brandnew is probably a bit of a stretch, but it's not unlike potential buyers are left in the dark over anything.

@motoko bargain for you, I didn't, this one also has a £120 BB installed, admittedly it does have the paintchip on the stay. You've also linked the rim brake version, new (can I call it that now?) disc brake versions are pretty scarce at the moment.

As for the price, I'm fully prepared for offers and I'm often reasonable with buyers (@dick knows this) I'm not making any profit at my price when all fees etc. are considered, however... with all grumblings considered, I'll bang a £25 discount on it.

Indeed I linked to the rim brake model. Sorry about that. My google fu is weak.

It is a decent frameset no doubt, and it appears they're not really selling the frameset by itself, so maybe the price is not too far of the mark for someone wanting this exact frameset.

A Birchwood Casey Super Black Touch-Up Pen in matte black might be yours or the buyers friend for the scratching.

to be honest @motoko I wouldn't ever bother with that; could probably get away with it 99% of the time, but it seems a bit untruthful, and the 1% of the time that the buyer clocks on 2 months after the sale and you have to refund would be a real fucker

Yeah. You’d need to be open about it either way.

I did on a set of hubs where the anodizing has come off and it worked great.
