The vinyl cutter is in the fablab where I use a laser cutter.
I tried doing decals but never went very far with it as a) the vinyl stock the fablab has/had wasn't very sticky (which might actually make it more suited to your application) and b)single colour outline decals aren't very intersting. If I could print on it I'd probably have gotten into it.

Thanks, I'll do what I can, but bear your kind offer in mind. PayPal could always be used to remunerate your time and postage, but I appreciate you're probably not trying to get in to the decal cutting business! :)
