Ahah, that's funny because I'm leaving there :)
I know you can find people ready to put this money but I keep my view it's overpriced for what is it. But that's the market and i'm glad you sold it. My point on puting my find here is to say you can easily find it for cheap, even in Paris. Maybe I'm just bored of people thinking it is the right price when seeing complete listing on ebay.
