  • Brand experience is part of what you pay for- both the clothing and the RCC membership. Shutting at 4.30 is a false economy if it dilutes said brand experience- staying open for the RCC people who want their free coffee is absolutely what they should do, it’s a luxury brand not a greasy spoon.

    If the shop is too quiet then shut it- don’t bugger up the customer experience by half arsing it.

    Anyway, I doubt they’ll go bust today, but if they don’t clear out the current management they’ll have to go through this again.
