Well worth arranging with eBay to have all international bids and BINs blocked.

But yeah what an absolute dickhead

That said, he did ask to cancel in which case you can reply with no as per the eBay T&Cs you can’t cancel. Pay up.

Response to being called les incompetent was that he "...want to buy late." I think something has gotten lost in translation but anyway, told him to pay up or get an unpaid item strike.
