I’ve been riding sub 6 months. Think I should stick with the circa 600s for a while :)

Well the smaller one is around 600 depending on the era. Despite the Hornet Cup racing giving it a following I think the Bandit was a better street bike. I'm pretty sure it was a more upright R6, perhaps a little de-tuned and slightly heavier, basically designed to last a bit longer.
