Strong legs. I'm going 1x7 too. But my ratio is for weaklings 36t front, 12-36 custom cassette.

I live in one of the flattest regions of Hungary, never really use the last 3 cogs anyways. I had 36 up front with the previous iteration, but it was way too spinny for me. :)
