I still think SRAM Force 10-spd cranks are aesthetically about the most classic-friendly in recent years. Almost definitely the main reason I'm running SRAM at all.

3 bolt?

OK this thread has definitely lost its direction. FSA ffs.

More a point for discussion. I don’t think it’s by any means the most beautiful crankset but we’ve already had the nice ones, there’s only so many. Without the fsa branding, I quite like it though.

I'd have thought of the Tune Smart Foot as the most classic-friendly tbh, simple lines and comes in silver. Just a shame about the price.

Well obviously the most classic-friendly cranks are the 7410 we started the thread with, only with more modern chainrings, no?
(though the Tune is nice too)

May be seen as heresy but I always preferred the cranks for the Campy Titanium Record 9sp group over any C-Record stuff.
Hard to find a good picture - I have a (far more scuffed) version on my old alu Pinarello* but I'm at work so can't take pics.
*About to be donated to a Corsa Extra build I'm very slowly working on.

I know this is so on trend, 1x and all, but it just looks silly to me.

There's no doubt cranks have looked worse since the introduction of external bottom brackets. These are an exception though.

Very nice, although I don't find the asymmetric spider as pleasing as the more rounded 5-way flower-petal symmetry of the Force cranks, which no doubt reminded me of my old Stronglight cranks when I chose them.

The silver ones are great

Amen to that.

Yeh, think they were first gen only.
They've fucked em with the graphics on the 11 speed ones. -

+1
Always had a soft spot for the original sweetwings. These things were well ahead of their time.
