Looks like he's bought a load of the contents of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meadowbank_Stadium as part of the redevelopment, given that he has the flooring (track ?) for sale too!

This seller has a batch of what looks like ex velodrome bikes, including a couple of Raleigh TI 531 and quite a few with Donohue decals, although only couple look like genuine Donohue's. The rest look like various resprays as some have ornate lugs. Not sure how legit he is, but looks like an antiques dealer so he may have just bought a job lot.. might be worth a punt.
