I've always wanted a Hamilton. This might be the reason. I think. I prefer the 42mm size though. But I prefer the white face. But that's not a reason not to get it.

I meant dial.. not bezel..

Can anyone help me locate a Seiko battery gasket for a 1979 Lord Quartz (ref 7143-5010)? It's probably quite a generic part, my google-fu is weak...

First one out of production. Not sure what I think.

Would love one, would inevitably buy something made of 13 different watches, only 2 of which were ever Rolex, for £13,000

Sub dials covering numerals always bothers me. Much prefer batons for chronos for that reason.

Real nice.

aaaand I'm on the waitlist :)

Hmmmm, not for me that. Firstly it’s that chrono hand, I like that wing style where it denotes the minute (usually anything with a lem 5100) but there it looks clunky. I found it incongruous when it pointed to the date on the original.
And the design decision to split the seconds track into thirds grates, all the other speedys are fifths. I know, I know, no-one uses a chrono in anger but 0.333R of a second? Arrrrrgggghhh -

Gross
-
• #29499
Because no one uses a chrono anyway?

It's quite spendy though isn't it
A Facebook Tudor could be the Dominos Rolex of the future
