  • i want to mount a gopro to the front of this rack

There is a dynamo light attached to the small mounting part at the front.

    I have a mount

but it won't clamp any of the rails on the rack. I tried to wrap an old inner tube round part of it to give it a bigger diameter but it didn't really work.

Suggestions? @M_V suggested some tubing attached with some hose clamps and then attach the go pro to that.

  • Why not just get one of the sticky tabs and stick it to the underside of the the flat rails? those 3m tabs are super sticky, If they can old onto the side of a motorbike helmet at 100+mph then it'll surely stay on these?

Consider the above tutorial. I would suggest doing what spotter says by mounting underneath but using the above cable tie technique. No residue/ mess and guaranteed not to fail.

I know the 3M stickies are really strong, but mounted underneath with the full gopro's weight pulling on it, security would weigh on my mind.
