One ceased seat post help!!!

Hi can anyone help, I have a Campagnolo record carbon seat post stuck in a cinelli frame it’s ceased and it won’t budge it’s really in there! Has anyone had this happen to them how can I get it out? Thanks

Ive tried boiling water and shit loads of wd-40 and a hammer and it’s still not budging

If soaking in WD40 + bench vice
/slide hammer technique does not work,
