Some people get a price they want in their head and refuse to budge from it, regardless of how realistic it is. There is a house in the area I am/was looking at that looks like its from a horror show, not just bad decor, actual murder horror show, and they haven't budged on price for about 16 months, its still over priced and looking more so each month.
