I did the longest solo ride i've ever done yesterday - was considering getting the train up to Brimingham and riding back, but figured that a London - Oxford - London loop would be cheaper so did that.
Solo riding is a whole different experience to group, but I guess 250km hurts whether you're in a group or not.
