Possibly not the thread for it, but I'll try here first.
I'm having trouble getting a not-very-spinny bearing cartridge out of my GXP BB. I've tried putting a chisel through the other side, resting it on the lip of the cartridge & hammering it on alternating sides to work it out for what felt like forever with no noticeable progress. Are there any better techniques?
