  • Any ideas what I can do with lots of rhubarb compote? Other than on yogurt or porridge.
    Is there a way to bake with it or something?
    I thought I'd ask here as I'm not into the Food thread.

  • If it's still a bit summery where you are you could freeze it and whizz it with a blender and make icecream / sorbet?

  • Great idea, I'm going to do this. My wife makes ice cream from frozen bananas for our kids so I'm sure we could bung some of this in it too.
