Any ideas what I can do with lots of rhubarb compote? Other than on yogurt or porridge.
Is there a way to bake with it or something?
I thought I'd ask here as I'm not into the Food thread.
Could bake it into flapjack as a layer or something? Or a sponge filling? Not much help, I would have eaten most of it straight out of the jar probs 😅
