I'm due a 75% refund on my outward journey from last week, we were delayed by 220 minutes, which is a lot of fun when you have two kids aged 8 and 5 to keep entertained.
I didn't know about the cash refund though so got vouchers ages ago that have now expired. This annoys me. Not as much as dealing with two kids but enough that I will be getting my £40 back some other way.
