If you take "full of" away from the whole forum, does it still leave space for "a significant proportion"? Can both statements be true?
Does full of = half? 90%? Is 20% a significant proportion? What about 5%?
I'm assuming "groad" is a collision of gravel/road, but I haven't figured out "romanceur" yet... is it a particularly nostalgic porteur?

That's definitely not true. This forum is full of people who now mostly ride gears, have 'gravel' bikes and go bikepacking.
