So even though you won that under Benitez, you’re still claiming that silverware? I thought for you it was league or nothing at all?
It was silverware; not as good as the PL and certainly not as good as the CL but silverware. The FA Cup last year was silverware.
Interestingly, the FA Cups, the League Cup and the Cup Winners' Cup we won in the ten years before Ambramovich are all silverware and the haul in those ten years, when we were shit, is still greater than the haul accumulated by either Spurs or Liverpool in the past ten years.
