I walked to uni tues and weds, painfree, and today tried the bike, again painfree. So not bad really, but I'm concerned about the lack of any running done on it for 2+ weeks.
I'm going to go, if only because it's been a long-term foolish plan with 2 mates. I'll run, relatively gently, until it hurts, then walk/hobble. Probably not a great idea, and maybe not very 'race spirited' but hey!
