You're probably right but for me it's a matter of principle/it would keep me up at night.

Bar recommendations. Want a bit more sweep. Jones bars (or their cheap copy) would be cool but bar tape wrapping a pain in the ass.

What else is out there? Also, would more sweep change how the front load handles?

I'd be keen to hear what you think of these, I've been looking at them. Buying 2nd hand shimano means some seriously worn rings a lot of the time.

Yep. You can even get jones specific grips.

Not Jones copy as such but was considering these. Not as much sweep but more than what you've got at the moment.

Still owe you a pic of the Marys. After some tweaking I'm pretty happy now.

@Gillies bear in mind you might need longer stem to get an identical reach. Swept-back bars also require longer brake hoses than risers, so check if you have enough slack to start with.

that's a good tip. Think i'd be okay with marginally shorter reach, but yeah, will think about stems/cabling/hoses. Thanks.

I like something close to a 45º sweep. My favourite bar is marketed under various companies but it's basically a three speed special, something you would've seen on old Raleighs or Robin Hoods.
