Apart from that offensive pink kit and your weird eating habits, top work @veganjoseph! :)

I’m still riding... just did Sydney to Bryon Bay (850km) in four days. Something deeply repressed within me is considering going for the full loop... although the plan is to call it a day in Brisbane ...

Give me a shout if you need a bed in Brisbane. Might be able to help out.

Just made it to Brisbane after spending a week chilling in Gold Coast. Didn’t ride a single kilometre. Gonna spend a day exploring then it’s a dash of ~1800km to Cairns to catch a flight to Melbourne to catch my return flight home to London. That is on the 8th of May. So I’m going to have to average over 100 miles a day to get the first flight...

Overachiever! I think you need to enter longer races, Joseph :)

Leaving Brisbane today. 1800km ride to Cairns. Got 10 days to do it in.

Doesn't look available here (yet). I'm going to try and get a copy in Oz I reckon.

Looks interesting - at least his mate's review of it is pretty positive

It's on amazon for £32 for the book or less for kindle (I don't use Amazon if there is a reasonable alternative so most likely won't buy it from them!)

Good man.
Direct from Aus with free post, seemingly:

I tweeted him about it. If you look at the tweet I replied to it had a link for non-Oz peeps. It wasn't in stock yet. I'll probably get someone in Oz to get it.

I did wonder. Usually for items from the states ebay gives you a customs estimate, but nothing on that page.

I've been stung when the fam has sent over biscuits and the postage is more than the biscuits for them but double bullshit is then I have to pay customs on it to release it and it's more again. Twats.

Customs limit in the UK is about £40 no? I'll look out for a copy here and happy to post on once I've read it. I'm very lazy though if you want it in a hurry....
Edit: limit is £15 for commercial, £39 for a gift

Pretty sure it's lower than that. 32 quid rings a bell for some reason but this was years ago - I told my family not to send stuff as it was stupid ££.
https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad/tax-and-duty
Yeah, other websites say £36 so threshold has definitely changed over time. Can't find historical values though. Suffice to say, the bullshit cost more than the biscuits.
