@Dammit - Yep, I got a letter from Santander and one from Lloyds. But only relating to online banking. Customer services told me that the fraudsters had probably been stealing the other letters from my post box. Apparently they can do this quite easily with long tweezers.
@Aggi - Good idea. I've requested a credit check with each of the big three agencies (learning a lot of this from MoneySavingExpert this evening) and they should come through soon. Noodle already has, and it shows me that there could be two more bank accounts with other banks. Goodness knows what the other two credit files will turn up.
What an annoying and unnecessary load of rubbish to have to straighten out...
