  • Time trial training Q (if this is the right thread). Looking at some "sweet spot" intervals (e.g. 2x20 min) but have no HR or power meter. Is sweet spot less hard than your 10 mile effort? I've read it should be "just below your 40k time trial pace"...

    Yep. Are you training on the turbo? I suppose you could do an FTP test and use the speed readings from this to get a benchmark and measure your future training?
