Cheers for the tips. Fully expecting this to be a royal PITA, as I hate working with derailleurs. #deathbeforederailleurs etc. etc.

On the front derailleur you will have to adjust it on the stops because you will be using a road mech with MTB shifters which pull a different amount of cable. Make sure you get brake levers that are suitable for caliper brakes such as the Tiagra R550 - again MTB levers pull a different amount of cable to road levers.
