The captain have 3 levers, one for the drum brake too.It needs some work, like changing house cabling, handlebar, brake pads put some oil on the saddles and change the tires. But Follis know how to make bikes so it is really rideable as is. Framed in the 80's for 15000 francs (3800€ now) = 25 months of minimum wage at the time !!
And then after few km, maybe change the rims (the braking surface is concave :/) or the wheels for 9-10s. But it will be heartbreaking to remove this beautiful maxi car hub and drum brake.
