The chainset is Gnutti and uses a splined interface.
I believe Fratelli Brivio use to make early Campagnolo Gran Sport hubs, the ones with pressed alloy flanges on steel barrel.

The rear of the drive side arm has 16 OAF with the non drive side having a bird of prey and I have seen a similar looking bird used by FB.
