I always wonder though, isn't SPD-SL a little impractical? I use SPD on my daily.

I use clips and straps now man- thought i'd give the spd-sl a go but it's strange and hard to get used to imo

Trying to find some 1 inch thredless fork for my NJS frame with brake hole, maybe someone knows where to get Look HSC2 fork or something like this on photo

Been looking at my vivalo and it's slowly turning into a beater sadly.
As I get older and knees weaker and hills harder. What are the options for nice neat hub gear conversion.
Will get the clamp on brakeset and will look at some braze one if it's can be done and perhaps even the disgusting idea of drilling.
