Frame and fork look in good shape. Was it resprayed?

Indeed, but im 100% not, there is some scratch and few chips if you look closer and still good condition, i got this near your place the story behind it is he bought it new on 2015 used for few months and garage since then, when im wiping those dust ect. Was very happy the result as he didn't mention when i talking to him on the phone...long story short howard

Unless it's some kind of re-issue this is unlikely - BoTE are pretty old, like late nineties / early 2000s.
