Finally got this thing close to done; just need to pump the tyres up, add a snap link and test ride,
Not the happiest little human currently asleep in the sling so maybe today will be the final day of seeing it maybe not!

Does anyone have any practical experience of using the Ti Workshop 3 speed derailleur kit? The gap between cogs 1 and 3 seems to be more than the maximum throw on the rear shifter mechanism.

Using the older shifter yes? Have you got fitted or in theory?

I've fitted the 3 titanium cogs to the freehub, and measured the maximum lateral travel for the jockey wheels on the rear mech. No shifter as yet, although I'm planning to use a 3 speed SA shifter.

Those shifters won’t work, the travel is far out, you need to use a stock old style trigger and add a middle gear!

It seems that Clever Cycles have made it work:

Interesting! I’ll look into it further...

Best option for a phone mount? Preferably something universal, I don't iPhone... I've seen a cheap waterproof pouch thing with a bike light type fitting in my LBS but wondered if there was anything nicer out there... I've got the accessory thing on my bars if that helps...

I picked up a givi phone holder the other day. Slightly older than this model but same design with a tiny visor

Quad lock is the way to go imo, you can get a universal fitting that sticks to any case, I just bought a rigid case for the phone, it works a dream, if it starts raining just put in your pocket.
I've had a few different things and this is solid as a rock, used it for a 1000k ride so well tested.

Second this, quadlock is the only worthwhile option. You’re best off with their phone specific case but you can use the universal kit with a 3rd party hard plastic (not rubber) case if they don’t make one for your phone.

Thank you, fellow folder fiends, will take a look...
Which reminds me, I need to pump my tyres, I'm gonna be late for work...

Those of you who have swapped out the M-bars for risers - how fiddly was it?
These flipped north road bars are also intriguing...

quite liking the fade on the nine streets edition

All of a 3 inch fade there. The other new colours look good as well.

It’s short, but nice.

Anyone got (or found) good pics of the metallic purple?

It’s 2019 preproduction photo, the only photo out is the small one, was a confidential document someone leeked...

Has the clear lacquer option been removed again? Looks to have gone from the bike builder.

My suspension block is bent to fuck, probably why it's been squeaking so bad... Just ordered a new one and got some mudguards at the same time... Haven't installed the Suginos yet... So lazy...
Rack, old style brake levers and shifters To sell!
