Bump to this, wasn't able to get this fixed when posted as I was dealing with exams and summer, now not able to get in touch with @TommyRides for the Dremel, wondering if anybody else has tools that could possibly get these off?

I just used needle nose pliers and a lot of patience.
Fortunately got nothing like that to go near my bike!
Recent development though:
Applied the non-stuck skewer on my other, new bike, with grease and rubber O-ring. Within a week, the pitlock skewer has become loose internally but the cap has siezed again.
Bit of a joke, please steer clear of the company as even support wise they are refusing to take any accountability for the damages this is causing.
