Riding my old friend of 20 years that is now the lock up anywhere bike to the post office.
Going slow my handlebars snap. All good, saw it coming, stop.
Bar is not completely broken off so I am let's cross that road one handed and lock it.
The moment I think "the broken off part will get stuck in your front wheel" I am already face down.
Not a lot of damage to myself, but my newest trousers have a hole and I need new spokes.
Don't trust steel handlebars you found in a moist basement. Don't do stupid things.
