FS: price drop Vintage Raleigh 52cm Rolling Chassis

I'm selling a bike I took a long time to restore and convert from an road bike to a town bike.
The frame was resprayed by Armourtex. I added a few new parts to a lot of original parts that could be re-used incl. the wheels (steel rim).
The frame has a 52cm seat tube CTC, and 56cm top tube.
It's in immaculate condition, and ready to roll. Sadly it's only done about 10 or so miles since the completion of this project, and I need to make room for another one, therefore it has to go, and hopefully to a good home.

Viewing possible in South London.

Now fitted with 130mm 3TTT stem for the slightly taller riders out there [than me].

It doesn't look like a particularly special frame either. Pressed steel dropouts usually means sub-531 no?

I'm open to reasonable offers. And even if beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, I do think this is a very beautiful bike and it's not going for 100 pounds. ;)

As a rule of thumb, re-sprays and time spent ‘restoring’ are basically non-billable when it comes to flipping a bike.

I appreciate the feedback, but you make it sound like I might get more money by breaking it up - and I've already stripped it twice :(

That's f&f, bb, headset, complete drive train and wheels/cassette.

Not including:
Pedals, tyres, all finishing kit.
