What changes have you made man, apart from the paint and the Contact 2 tyres?

Have mine set up like a road bike rather than the way it comes with short stem etc.
120mm Ritchey stem
Zipp SL70 Handlebars
Carbon Inline post
TRP Spyres
Rival 22 groupset (without the front mech)
Red cranks with CX1 42t chainring
Speedplays
etc etc

Sounds like a great build. Will have to bear some of this in mind when I finally get my hands on mine.
