The last couple of times I've been to Italy, one pizza on the menu in this land which is supposedly all about authenticity is Pizza würstel e patatine (and this is on menus in places where there are no English translations, full of locals):
Surely if Italians love sausage and chips on a pizza, anything else on there is fair game?
