First time I've ever seen a dropped toptube in combination with an extended headtube. Is that what the 'active suspension' on the toptube refers to?

Funky frame though, cool paint. Is the seattube concave/indented where it meets the wheel?

I don’t know much about the frame, I think the sticker is not belonging to the frame.
