It’s august so the annual search for CX Begins!

To distinguish this from the granac threads, I propose we talk only about bikes for doing CX and not commuting/ adventuring/ insta 650b gumwall posing

What’s the best pound for pound CX race bike going?

A few criteria:

Want
- hideous colours
- thru axles
- tubeless
- 1x
- race proven trickery
- hydraulic disc
Do not want
- mud guard mounts
- room for 650b
- external cables (on down tube)

The checkpoint is a nice bike but shouldn’t be on this thread as it’s clearly a gravel poser ‘I slept in a tent once’ adventure bike.

Also wtf is that drop out
