Hi all, never played bike polo before in my life, is there a session I could go to to try it out?

Sure! If you're North, go to the North session (every Wednesday evening, check the thread beforehand just to be sure though). If you're South, go to the South session (this thread) usually every Monday and Thursday evening. Sometimes on Sunday as well.

I'll be at Newington at 7-ish, numbers or not!
