  • Also, indulge my curiosity. Are you of working age? Near retirement?

  • Right, but even if you aren't fussed, what is your ideal situation?

  • ENFORCED CAPITALISATION OF ALL INTERNET POSTS, CAPITAL PUNISHMENT, EXTENDED HAPPY HOUR AND 2 FOR 1 ON FULL ENGLISH BREAKFASTS, AND MANDATORY BEATINGS FOR SHIFTY EYED FORRINS.

  • “It's different for different voters, you'll likely understand that.
Ultimately it doesn't really matter though, it's what the winning side democratically voted for.”

  • Why not just answer the question?

  • He has. Everyone who voted for Brexit gets whatever they wanted because they voted for the winningest side and that’s what they voted for.

  • But with added capslock.

  • Ok, well if you AREN'T MAN ENOUGH to answer I'll tell you why I asked.

It's because I'm pretty certain that you're old enough that whatever happens-hard brexit, nafta, whatever, you won't really have anything at stake. You're probably late career (if not retired) and have a house and all the things you need to comfortably sit back and spectate on the total fuck up you've unleashed on the younger generations. We're the ones that will have to deal with rampant inflation, mass unemployment, and will probably be in the same situation Spain, Italy and Greece's young are in now within a few years.

So no, you don't fucking care what's going to happen because you're not putting anything up.

  • lol ah. So it's ageist to point out that someone who stands to suffer none of the ill effects of what they are doing, probably isn't the best person to trust with that decision?

and FYI, I'm not in a safe space, I'm in Germany, waiting for the Irish passport I've been forced to apply and pay for to arrive to bypass the impact of you're epically blinkered political escapism....

  • Brexit

    .

FULL STOP, FOR THE HARD OF OF UNDERSTANDING

Wonderful, complete with gammon spelling... #qfp

Classic. Just classic. Lufguss gets its very own pet gammon to poke with a stick.

  • Presumptious?

  • Astute?

  • Insightful?

  • Allergic to gammon?

  • Looking forward to the day you have a seizure at Article 50 being revoked and end up in a home getting every human need ministered to by foreign carers for the rest of your miserable life?

  • I bet the real issue here is that none of you old fucks have actually had an erection or seen your genitals since Margaret Thatcher was in power, and thinking about her crushing the Belgrano between her wiry thighs is about all that can rouse a slight palpitation in your prostates, forcing you into a horrible Freudian death match with the EU, led on by a rousing chorus of Etonian chants made by opportunistic, tax evading pig fuckers like Boris and Rees-Mog just to see if it might be able to give you a full boner.

  • Based on your non coherent posts it sounds like you voted for Brexit purely because you didn't like what "Project Fear" were saying, regardless of if there was any truth in it. You give no other reason.

How do you think the UK will be bettered by leaving the EU?

Is leaving the EU worth it whatever the cost?

  • But we can make more boxes, and have a jolly old good time ticking them too, can't we? That's democratic process in action. Happens every few years.

I'm not worried about visa costs btw. I'm worried about my friends and family having jobs, keeping their mortgage payments up, being able to afford nice food and holidays. You know, the things that a stable, well resourced economy can provide when right wing leeches aren't diverting profits off shore and stirring up xenophobia to avoid paying taxes.

Anyway. Why aren't you out there enjoying all this wonderful sovereignty and freedom you voted for? Why are you here drunkenly stumbling out barely coherent attempts to bait people instead of running for your local council and championing that direct democracy you care so much about?

You're a fucking tragedy of a human being. Fuck off.

  • Says a cunt that's been whining about the EU since Boris started getting paid to lie about it, and still whines even when the Russian backed referendum goes his way...

Why don't you go out and get on with shaping this wonderful post diplomatic apocalypse you've been lusting after for so very long? Why are you back drunkenly posting on a cycling website? If that's all you aspire to in life you didn't need to fuck the economy to achieve it. Or maybe you did, just to be as big an inconvenience to people as you possibly can, a human door stop that hates being stepped over every day so starts tripping people up on purpose as it's the only way he'll be noticed...

    Prick.

  • This is tedious. Give it a rest ffs.

  • "Fussed", does that ultimately mean we (as democratic country) have no options?

    No. It was me rephrasing the "don't care" in your non-answer;

    Hard, soft, whateveramagik. Don't care.

Until my recent posts I avoided responding as I thought you were either a troll or drunk, or both. But as you replied to thingybob's post I was curious as to what a proponent of a no-deal Brexit thought "good looked like".

Not that I think you'll understand, but my personal stance is there are few options generally as most of them are dictated by external events/factors.

I suspect the illusion of choice in life and an overestimatation of human agency are concepts lots of Brexiters believe in. There seems to be this notion that without the superpower of the EU holding us back, "we" will suddenly have the agency to carve our own way devoid of any deeper global trends.

  • But for other markets, forgetaboutit

    Wow, you’re a moron.

It isn't really about being "bettered", it's about being outside of the EU, an over reaching "what ever you want to call it" thing. That imposes all sorts,

Who doesn’t understand how the (democratic) EU works.

It's ultimately about the democracy of the vote that has already occurred.

    Or even how democracy works.

    Good job!

  • This is a lie, and you owe me £5,000.

  • I do like the reference to Australian immigration - the hallmark of the racist.

  • This is a lie, and you owe me £5,000.

Brexit dividend will pay for it in 2070.
