    Use of the weedkiller is somewhat more up my alley to. Ive had to do a safety review for use of the chemical at work. Occasional and not occupational exposure would be ok if you use correct protective equipment and wash afterwards

  • Cheers for the info, I'd not touch the stuff myself but having residual chemicals in the garden is what worries me.

    This is the second place we have seen with the stuff, feel the whole area has a problem with it, might try and knock xx,xxx off the place to pay for the entire garden to be removed/replaced.

  • Not 100% sure, but the fact it's there might make that really hard/expensive. Digging it up is the worst thing you can do to spread it, so it all needs to be carefully dealt with and the roots and maybe even soil taken away to be disposed of safely. This was the major thing that put me off.
