Totally not surprised. Old beemer sedans have always appreciated in price. Always dreamed of owning one
Have you seen the price of CSL's these days?

There's one in my street, not that great condition. Prob should have bought one five years ago when they were under 5k for a not totally disgusting one. Same for e29 m535i, looked at one for 2k and thought nah, I.can find a nicer one.
