Awful, but unlikely to be a worry if only using it once a year.
Sounds like it's being sorted and you can price the place with the hassle of it in mind.

God thats an awful article... guy having to work 2 jobs to pay for the medical treatment for the cancer that his job gave him, fuck America so far up the arse it gets buck teeth.

Its not bad, has been treated, and not showing signs of regrowth.
I dont mind a bit of a long hard slog trying to kill something slowly - isn't that what life is in a way anyway?
The Cancer connection is a serious worry though, due to reasons, and links on info around that?
