How bad is it? Are you certain it's jkw? There was some chat up thread about the risk it poses from a getting a mortgage pov. Even if the surveyor misses it it's still gonna be your problem going forward. Personally, I'd keep looking. It's afucker to merk and the stuff you use to combat it gives you cancer by all accounts.
