  • I think a ratio of about 1:8 is what was recommended when I looked last. so 125g for 1l.

    I saw a suggestion to try Patron XO cafe cocoa instead of coffee liqueur which I might give a go next time.

    Though typically I go for plain vodka, illy coffee liqueur and espresso from my gaggia, one shot of each shaken about the place but not spilt.

  • Thanks for this! (and your advice @Double_J). Based on on this, I'll probably go with something between 125-210 g/L. Seems like a quite a discrepancy between concentrations. Is it worth leaving a little longer than normal if the concentration is increased? I normally leave 80 g/L for 6-8 hours, never longer.
