Good evening all. Has anyone any info on this watch. It was my father’s watch and he got it approx. 56 years ago - around 1962.

Right hand side of the dial looks like it's had some water ingress, but maybe it's just the light. I'd have the movement serviced and the glass replaced. Original buckle is nice. Original strap or not doesn't really matter with leather imo. Not replacing a leather strap every 1-2 years is a little unhygienic anyway :)

Thanks for the info. I really don’t like the strap and, it may be due to age, but it is really tough leather which was unexpected.
I would like to have it to wear but I’m not sure if I want it restored.
Any idea of value?
How would restoration affect value?
