WTB - cheap bits n bobs for beater

After a few parts for a town/ tracklocross beater.

Wheels, something reliable and not shitty but cheap. Ideally double fixed and able to take 32c tires.

27.2mm seatpost, pref something inline

Widebars, pref something not cut down, greater than 700mm

front rack, gotta keep those pizzas flat
