Is he going to win things though? QS are insane. He's bonkers but everyone works in that team. Will he be able to get everyone working for him? He's quite difficult isn't he?
Everyone knew that they couldn't let a QS rider get away alone at Flanders last year, yet somehow Terpstra managed it. He's tactically excellent.
As for difficult - I think he has high standards and expects others to meet them. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it can cause friction.
