can panniers fit on a pelage front rack by any chance?

If I had to guess I'd say yes because the way the panniers attach looks the same (ie. they just clip onto the rail), but I dont want to guarantee it!

i think i'll take your selle saddle if u wouldn't mind. Any reason why your selling? Post to Glasgow ok?
and just to double check, the panniers are 40L (pair) yeh?
