If this is true then perhaps the council are accountable to some degree.

Allegedly the cyclist hit a pot hole and fell off in front of the lorry, so the driver wasn't driving dangerously
This is scary if true; the last place you are looking at is down at the road when navigating Old St. round about, so it could have happened to anyone
If this is true then perhaps the council are accountable to some degree. Regardless, my thoughts have been with the victim ever since I heard the horrific, sad and scary news.
